Remedies for Grey Hair

Remedies for Grey Hair - Prepare Your Own Natural Grey Hair Treatment Oils
Credits to : Beauty Mantra
Oil massages are very effective in curing grey hair. Do you know you can make your own oil preparations for curing and reversing grey hair? To prepare your oil you need to start with a carrier or base oil. These oils are usually fragrance free oils like castor oil or olive oil.
For curing grey hair one can add a little bit of lemon juice or gooseberry juice to the base oil. You can also prepare a rejuvenating concoction by adding wheat grass juice or barley juice to the base oil.
The best way to apply the oil is to massage it gently to the scalp for about five minutes. While massaging do not scratch the scalp with nails or damage the hair roots by massaging vigorously. After the massage put on a hot towel for about 15 minutes. Hot towel helps the skin to absorb the oil. One should leave the oil in overnight. Next morning wash you hair with lukewarm water and let it dry naturally.

Hemorrhoids - Shrinking and alleviating the pain and itching that they cause.

Castor Oil

Castor oil works great on shrinking hemorrhoids and alleviating the pain and itching that they cause.
You just have to soak a cotton ball in castor oil and then apply it to your hemorrhoids. Note that this really only works for hemorrhoids that are outside the body.
Just leave the cotton ball on your hemorrhoids for about 15 minutes or so and you can do this multiple times each day if needed.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix Apple Cider Vinegar with water, Ratio 50:50 or less
Soak it in cotton ball and then apply it to your hemorrhoids. Note that this really only works for hemorrhoids that are outside the body.
Just leave the cotton ball on your hemorrhoids for about 15 minutes or so and you can do this multiple times each day if needed.

Sugar

Put 3 tbs of water and add 1 tbs sugar in it. Stir it well.
Soak it in cotton ball and then apply it to your hemorrhoids. You can leave it in the anus and change a new one every 4 hours until your hemorrhoids shrink

Coffee Enema- What/Why/How

Coffee enemas are the primary method of detoxification of the tissues and blood on the Gerson Therapy. Cancer patients on the Gerson Therapy may take up to 5 coffee enemas per day.Coffee enemas accomplish this essential task, assisting the liver in eliminating toxic residues from the body for good.

They detox your liver like nobody's business, clearing up stagnation in the liver, intestines, and blood. They're also great for parasite cleansing, migraines, aches and pains and a bunch of other health concerns.

EXCERPTS FROM DR. SHERRY ROGERS 1994 BOOK “WELLNESS AGAINST ALL ODDS

The very last part of the colon, before reaching the rectum, is in an “S” shape and called the sigmoid colon. By the time stool gets to this part of the colon, most nutrients have been absorbed back into the bloodstream. Because the stool contains products of putrefaction at this point, there exists a special circulatory system between the sigmoid colon and the liver. There is a direct communication of veins called the enterohepatic circulation. Have you ever felt sick just before having a bowel movement, when stool material has just moved into the rectum for elimination? As soon as the material is evacuated, you no longer feel sick. This is due of the toxic quality of the material and the enterohepatic circulation coming into play. Because of this, it is important to evacuate when you have the urge. The rectum should usually be empty.
This circulatory system enables toxin to be sent directly to the liver for detoxification, rather than circulating them through the rest of the body and all of its vital organs including the brain. This system of veins carries rectal / sigmoid toxins directly to the liver for detoxification.
When a coffee enema is used, the caffeine from the coffee is preferentially absorbed into this system and goes directly to the liver where it becomes a very strong detoxicant. It causes the liver to produce more bile (which contains processed toxins) and moves bile out toward the small intestine for elimination. This seems to free up the liver to process more incoming toxic materials that have accumulated in the organs, tissues and bloodstream. The coffee does not go into the systemic circulation, unless the enema procedure is done improperly.
The coffee contains some alkaloids that also stimulate the production of glutathione-S-transferase, an enzyme used by the liver to make the detox pathways run. It is pivotal in the formation of more glutathione, one of the main conjugation chemicals, enabling toxins to be eliminated via bile into the small intestine. So in other words, a coffee enema speeds up the detoxification process and minimizes the backlog of yet to be detoxified substances.

You will need the following materials:
An enema bag or bucket, preferably one of clear plastic that you can see through
A large stainless steel cooking pot
Organic coffee fully caffeinated, drip grind coffee
A source of uncontaminated water. Chlorinated water should be boiled for 10 minutes

How
  • Add 2 Tablespoons of ground organic coffee to 2 cups of distilled water. Let it boil for 3 minutes, then simmer for 20 minutes. Strain and cool until the water is at body temperature.

  • Pour the coffee into the enema bag. Loosen the clamp to allow the coffee to run out to the end of the catheter tip and re-clamp the bag when all the air has been removed from the enema tubing.

  • Hang the enema bag at least two feet above the floor; on a door knob or towel rack. The bucket can rest on a chair, shelf or be held. Do not hang it high, as on a shower head, because it will be too forceful and the hose won’t reach. It should flow very gently into the rectum.

  • Lie down on the floor on your back or right side and gently insert the catheter. If you need lubrication use coconut oil or castor oil.

  • Gently insert the tube into the rectum a few inches and then release the clamp and let the (2 cups maximum) of coffee flow in. Clamp the tubing off as soon as there is the slightest amount of discomfort or fullness.

  • Try to retain the enema for a minimum of 12 or more minutes. Sometimes there will be an immediate urgency to get rid of it and that is fine. It helps to clean the stool out of the colon so that next time around you can hold more of the enema longer. Never force yourself to retain it if you feel that you can’t. When you have clamped the tubing, remove the catheter tip and void when you have to.

  • Always discontinue the enemas if there is any adverse reaction whatsoever, and discuss it with the doctor at your next appointment. If you find the enema helpful, do not use it more than once per day for any extended period without medical supervision. Use it as necessary, perhaps several days in a row, but more commonly a few times a week.

Ho Chi Minh / Saigon

I read about this place..masih terpampang di ruangan memori gambar kanak2 melarikan diri dari kampung yang dibom..imej seorang anak perempuan tanpa pakaian berlari dijalan
 raya..

The children from left to right are: Phan Thanh Tam, younger brother of Kim Phuc, who lost an eye, Phan Thanh Phouc, youngest brother of Kim Phuc, Kim Phuc, and Kim's cousins Ho Van Bon, and Ho Thi Ting. Behind them are soldiers of the Vietnam Army 25th Division, June 8, 1972. (Nick Ut/AP Photo)

Nine-year-old Kim Phuc was with a group of civilians trying to flee the village when the planes mistook them for soldiers and bombed them with naplam. Ut captured Kim Phuc and others running out of the bombed village. She was naked from having her clothes burned off. Ut and some other journalists quickly ran to help the burned villagers, saving Kim's life.

4o years later, Ut and Kim still stay in touch, and because of this tragic yet infamous picture their lives have become intertwined forever. Ut won a Pulitzer Prize for Spot News Photography in 1973 for his 1972 Associated Press photograph of Phan Thi Kim Phuc.

han Thi Kim Phuc, left, is visited by Associated Press photographer Nick Ut at her home in Trang Bang, Vietnam, 1973. As a nine-year-old, Kim Phuc was the subject of a Pulitzer Prize-winning photo by Ut as she fled in pain from a misdirected napalm attack against her village by South Vietnamese planes in 1972. After taking the photograph, Ut came to the girl’s aid and transported her to a hospital. (AP Photo)

A man without a face

This past few weeks i baca tentang HIV dan Aids...
I feel ashamed because i don't know much about it.

A man without a face but i percaya dengan blog mereka...mereka membantu ramai orang yang mencari cari infomasi tentang Hiv/Aids.

I juga membaca blog Luka Rafieqa..he help so many people..i am so inspired...i wish  and i know one day saya akan ingin membantu masyarakat yang memerlukan seperti beliau.
Semoga mereka yang memberikan inspirasi pada saya..pada penulis blog yang give back melalu tulisan. Semoga anda mendapat kebahagian dan kesihatan yang baik.
Thank you so much.
